NOW ACCEPTING NEW STUDENTS FOR 2011-2012

The York Time Institute is located on the 300 Block of West Market Street in Historic Downtown York, PA.

Over the years, this block has been a center of commerce for the area. Of special interest to York Time Institute is the fact that a watchmaker was located in our same building from approximately 1886 to 1896 * (our best estimate from research to date). Below are a sampling of his trade cards, as well as vintage postcards from other places on the block. The Farmers Market is the one business that has stood the test of time, and has been continuously operating since its opening in 1866. Another point of interest for us here at the Institute, is that several previous owners of our property were instrumental in the start up of the Farmer's Market. We thank them for that !!
